When you are viewing photos, look for the small (and we mean SMALL) down-arrow icon located in the lower-right corner of the image frame. See the example below:
Click on the down-arrow. After a few moments, a dialog box should open and in a few more minutes, you should see a full-size version of the image.
Next, on the full-size version of the image that just opened up, right click and select SAVE AS. Save it to your hard disk (or you can print it from here as well.)
Note: If you do not see the small down-arrow pictured above, it's probably because we have restricted the download of the full-size image for one reason or another. Just drop us an email, include the photo number located to the upper-left corner of the image, and we'll send it to you by return mail. Thanks!
